Built in wardrobes for a spare bedroom for a lovely couple’s home in Ruddington, Nottingham. They wanted extra storage and a more efficient use of space.
We fitted two and a half, standard size, Kindred Chapter wardrobes in Stone with pewter effect door handles. The alcove was standard wardrobe size and we fitted another wardrobe into this space. The wardrobes have a range of internal fit outs including shelving of various depths, drawers and three quarter hanging space with shelf above plus three external mirrored doors.
The Chapter range of furniture is a twist on the classic Shaker style, the simple profile, ornate beading and soft neutral colour, stone in this case creates an elegant, modern interior with bags of effortless storage.
Key Design Features:
This is a fairly standard run of wardrobes, however it does maximise the efficiency of space from a storage point of view. The range of internal fit outs give flexibility of space and means lots of different things can be stored.
Feature mirrored doors reflect light and are the perfect way to make a smaller room appear spacious.
Consider your storage requirements, a clothing rail is essential for hanging up items but consider what other things you will keep in your wardrobe; shoes, accessories, hats, perhaps bedding and blankets. You may also need shelving, built in shoe racks and drawers.
