To design and build a fully fitted office space to incorporate low-level storage and open shelving.
The Solution & Key Design Features
We worked alongside our client to create a classic home office design using shaker-style cabinetry, but gave it an industrial edge with dark blue cabinetry in Hartforth Blue and incorporating black metal framed open shelving. The wrap-around desk makes good use of the space, maximizing storage and surface area with a combination of filing drawers and cupboards, while still allowing the room to double up as a fitness space (a bike and weights are just out of view). The wooden desk top and shelving are practical and add warmth to the room, coordinating well with the flooring.
