THE BRIEF
Our customer asked us to design a desk to coordinate with existing cabinetry in their open plan kitchen-dining space. They wanted a fairly industrial but high-end design, in-keeping with the overall style of their home.
THE SOLUTION AND KEY DESIGN FEATURES
We designed this bespoke desk in a mixture of oak veneer and a spray finish, blending seamlessly with the existing furniture to create a space for homework and crafting for this growing family. We incorporated storage underneath the desk for files and paperwork and designed the desk top and drawer in oak veneer, with a ledge above for pens, crayons and displaying treasures.
