Alongside the transformation of the main living spaces, another stage of this mid-century bungalow renovation focused on creating a calm and luxurious master suite. The aim was to design a bedroom and dressing room that felt both elegant and highly functional, while staying true to the clean lines and understated character of the property.

The brief centred around maximising storage without compromising on style. Bespoke fitted cabinetry was used throughout to make the most of the available space, creating a seamless and uncluttered look. Inspired by mid-century design, the furniture features sleek integrated walnut handles, but has been given a contemporary edge with a smooth matt finish, giving the room a refined feel.
Carefully considered details help to optimise the space – part of the dressing area is hidden behind a panelled partition half-wall to the head of the bed, providing generous hidden storage while, allowing the room itself to feel open and spacious.
The internal storage solutions include pull-out laundry baskets, mid and full-height hanging space, drawers and shelving, all with integrated lighting design, ensuring every item has its place and combining practicality with a polished aesthetic. The bespoke cabinetry was handcrafted to suit the exact dimensions of the room, ensuring every inch of space was used effectively.
As with the rest of the bungalow renovation, attention to detail was at the heart of the project. Every element was carefully considered, from the layout and finishes to the lighting and overall flow between the spaces. The result is a sophisticated master suite that perfectly balances style, comfort and functionality.
