Why buy a Second Nature Kitchen from independent retailers like us?

Many customers move towards the cheap wholesalers in the mistaken belief that they cannot afford to buy from their local independent retailer. Many fear visiting an independent retailer like ourselves will save them the embarrassment of being priced out of their budget. Most customers feel far more at ease visiting the large chain retailers where they can remain anonymous and where pricing information is prominently displayed. It was also very clear that many customers, whilst recognising the limitations of high street retailers, have a very poor understanding of the very real design and service benefits offered by independent kitchen specialists like Fine Finish Furniture. Both of these issues present us with a very real challenge, particularly during a prolonged recession. We try to do all we can to demonstrate our ability to price compete with the high street retailers and out perform them on design, service and quality. New showroom new brands!
Posted by Fine Finish on AugustSince our last blog we’ve had some real ups and downs at Fine Finish Furniture. Our Grand Opening that was set for the 7th July was nearly in turmoil after the torrential rain that we had. The rain managed to find its way into the showroom and leave an inch and a half of water throughout the showroom! We managed to get everything cleaned up but there was a time there when we thought that there was no way it would go ahead. Maybe someone was smiling on us as the sun came out to help dry us all out. As well as the opening day, we’ve had a lot of new ranges, brands and products that have made FFF official stockists of. We have started stocking a new range of kitchens including Second Nature and Silestone, Kessebohmer, and Sensio, as well as still stocking our own ranges and bespoke kitchens. In addition to these kitchen ranges, we have also teamed up with some of the worlds best work top craftsmen and are not able to offer our customers fantastic work tops from Axium and Duropal. Having these new ranges and products in the showroom has really helped us to become one of the only people to be licensed to sell these products in the Nottingham and Leicester area. The new showroom shows much more than our previous one. Its spread over two floors with the workshop in the back meaning that you are able to see our skilled craftsmen working to create the beautiful pieces that we have on sale in the showroom. We have also teamed up with our neighbours Appliance City to offer the best deals on appliances when you buy your kitchen from us. They offer top brands and great prices and have some really cool bespoke one off designs that aren’t available anywhere else.
